A. The Models, Industry Pro and Fan Members accounts are completely free!
Only the messages between members have a cost but everything else is free, included your web portfolio with your data, your photos and your videos!!
Q. Is Omnia Models an agency? What advantages does Omnia Models have over my local agency?
Q. When I try to update my profile, the system asks me to login even though I already have

1. Please check you system requirements to best view and access to OmniaModels.com
2. Make sure your browser accept cookies
3. If the problem still occurs, delete cookies and temporary files. This will free up disk space and swap memory
Q. I can not login to my account

1. Make sure you have entered the correct username and pasword
2. Passwords are case sensitive, make sure Caps Lock is turned off
3. If you have been inactive for over a year your account may have been disabled, send us an email to reactivate that (Contact Us, Info)

1. Make sure you followed all the Omnia Models Terms and Conditions
Q. How do I get the most from my profile on the site?
A.
1. A portfolio with photos in general attracts more attention than those not having photos, especially if you are a Model. A good idea could be to add photos and videos that reflect the kind of work you have done and the kind of work you are looking for
2. Actively promote yourself to other members and seek out other members you might like to work with
3. Remember to keep your profile and especially your email address up-to date, this is one of your best marketing tool on internet and then on the Omnia Models website
4. Try to reply to every professional work inquiry. If you are not interested in the work offered, reply with a decline and a thank you. It is very easy to get a bad reputation by ignoring messages
Q. How to Disable/Delete my Profile?
A.
1. Login to OM, go to “Edit Profile” in your personal menu and click on “Remove Me”
2. Be aware that deleting your portfolio will disable your account and you will not be able to login again
Q. How many Photos I can upload in my portfolio if I have all rights?
A. Maximum number is 30 photos
Q. Why my Photo has been removed or deleted?
A.
1. Make sure you followed all the Omnia Models Terms and Conditions
Q. Why I am having problems in uploading Photos?
A.
1. Please check your browser, can be outdated
2. If the Photos were banded by one of the Administrators, the Photo won't be uploaded
Q. How many Embed Videos I can have in my portfolio?
A. Maximum number is 5 videos
Q. How do I contact the Omnia Models members?
A. First of all you have to be registered as a member, and then you can find all OM Members using the Search and the Advanced Search
